We recently upgraded to a top of the range prepress program. EQUIOS is a workflow concept that allows operation from a single user interface to multiply/different types of devices.
It integrates the “Know-how” to development for prepress technology with various functions that make for an automated workflow. EQUIOS is the new-generation workflow from screen, with provider total support for both print on demand (POD) and computer to place (CTP)

The Screen Plate Rite 4300S plate setter, with its plate productivity of 21 plates per hour at 2400 dpi is ideally suited to meet the requirements of even the most demanding printer.

Litho Printing
Also known as offset printing, the lithographic printing process has been around for centuries. Despite modern advancements in the industry such as digital print technologies, litho still remains a popular choice for producing high-quality, high-volume prints.
Lithography is mainly used by commercial printers, printing companies that will print thousands of copies of the same item, in on production run, Lithography machines can print an both side pf paper/card and rely on four basic colours, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. This is also known as the CMYK process.

Our bindery boasts with the most modern binding equipment for folding, binding and stitching, as well as hand-made hinge covers.
Our equipment includes A1 to A4 folding machine, Wire Binding, PUR Binding, Sew Binding, A3 – A6 Gangliner. Stitching machine, Saddle stitcher, Wohlenberg 90 guillotine, lbico Binders, Laminating, Round cornering and holo punching machines.
Storeroom
With our friendly, helpful storeroom staff, we aim to help our customers find the most affordable paper with great quality.
Our storeroom is stocked with a great range of different paper stock.
Delivery / Logistics
The final product will be shrink wrapped for a neat, ready to collect product. Our fleet of delivery vehicles ensures speedy and efficient servie throuhout South Africa
